Beyond hydration, youthfulness for the skin.
Dior presents a pro-youth hydration care with the blossom of Dior Gardens. According to Dior, Hydra Life enriched with 3 plant extracts – Jisten, Cantella and Black Rose (cold-pressed extraction), to offer all the benefits of the Cellular Bio-Exaltation.
A complete range of Hydra Life includes Essence-In-Lotion, Essence-In-Milk, Essence-In-Gel, Essence-In-Creme and Eye creme. The line has nice perfumy floral scent, I was fine with the fragrance but not for long term, most probably will be cloying. The line looked very appealing for me, what a good thing when I can purchase tiny samples of the essence and eye cream for few days sampling.
Dior Hydra Life Youth Essential Hydrating Essence-In-Gel (Duty Free THB2350/50ml)
This dewy gel essence has cool feeling once being applied on skin, it absorbed into skin rapidly and slight sticky to touch, skin looked subtle glowing. I applied sunscreen directly after the gel and my combination skin remained the moisture satisfactory and glowing in a nice way all day long. No breakout so far but I would not recommend it to sensitive skin because it caused redness when my skin prone to be unstable.

Dior Hydra Life Youth Essential Hydrating Eye Creme (Duty Free THB1650/15ml)
I don’t know, I just have luck with Dior eye care, regardless their ingredient list. This dewy and moisturizing eye cream immediately soothed the dryness and lines, a tad cooling and a tiny tacky to touch. Of course the hydrating effect didn’t last all day, but it can be re-applied over sunscreen/makeup for the nice hydrating result again. This is more suitable for moisturizing and refreshing, it didn’t help the puffiness. It gave me the warm sensation on first application only, so if you have very sensitive eye area, you may want to take note of this. As my eye is quite tolerance with most eye creams, thus I was fine with that. Overall I do like the Hydra Life Eye creme and surprisingly it actually included minimum anti-aging care as well.

I feel those premium brands tend to use precious and rare skin care ingredients, together with their “exclusively” technologies and patents for exceptional luxury pampering, perhaps effective skin care at the same time. Therefore, if you are all about premium skin care, love Dior fragrance, having healthy skin, I really think this Dior Hydra Life is very pleasant to try for hydration care.
