NV Perricone samples

Bought the “7 Secrets to Beauty, Health and Longevity: The Miracle of Cellular Rejuvenation” that written by U.S well known dermatologist, Dr. Nicholas Perricone, who is  regarded as the Father of the Inflammation Theory of Aging. Received three samples as part of the book, which were enough for two applications only and perform a patch test to see if it suitable on my sensitive skin. I tested it both AM and PM, so my reviews will only able to tell the product consistency and how it feels on my skin. If you want detailed review, please refer to MUA .

 Perricone Adv Eye Area Therapy

Alpha Lipoic Acid Eye Area Therapy with NTP ComplexTM DMAE

The white color eye cream is fragrance free, feeling emollient yet light, very runny on skin and absorbed quickly. Somehow my eye area was feeling warm upon application like I was having a self-heating sauna eye mask. The heating dissipated after few minutes, no redness occurs. By the way, no such irritation on second application.  So I really have no idea what the reason behind. Afterall it doesn’t moisture like what I expected.

Aqua (Water), Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (Vitamin C Ester), Aminobutyric Acid, Isopropyl Palmitate, Glycyrrhetinic Acid, Cetearyl Alcohol, Phosphatidylcholine, Thioctic Acid (Alpha-Lipoic Acid), Caffeine, Niacinamide, Ceteareth-20, Borago Officinalis (Borage) Seed Oil, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Squalane, Folic Acid, Tocophersolan, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Dimethicone, Polysorbate 60, Caprylyl Glycol, Dimethyl MEA (DMAE), Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil, Phytonadione, Phenoxyethanol, Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C Ester), Tocotrienols, Hexylene Glycol, Eicosapentaenoic Acid, Citric Acid, Disodium EDTA, Tocopherol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Astaxanthin.

 Perricone Skin Smoother

Ceramic Skin Smoother Finishing Serum

The semi-opaque liquid-gel serum is absorbed instantly with gently massage, leaving skin smooth to touch, fragrance free and I do think it’s very hydrating and soothing, my skin was feeling totally comfortable. Love the consistency!

Aqua (Water), Sodium Carboxymethyl Betaglucan, Magnesium Silicate, Silica, Xylitol, Inositol, PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone, Glycerin, Dimethyl MEA (DMAE), Carbomer, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Tocophersolan, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Xanthan Gum, Magnesium, Aspartate, Zinc Gluconate, Sorbic Acid, Copper Gluconate, Fullerenes.

Perricone Adv Face Firming Activator

Advanced Face Firming Activator

This lotion type moisturizer has noticeable citrus scent, the scent has got me thinking of those water-soluble Vitamin C pill, which has orangey scent or simply orange fruit salt, pleasant actually. The emulsion absorbs into skin quickly, not greasy at all, skin is feel hydrating and silky smooth to touch. No irritation observed. Surprisingly I love this very much.

Aqua (Water), Glycolic Acid, L-Tyrosine, Thioctic Acid (Alpha Lipoic Acid), Dimethyl MEA (DMAE), Isopropyl Palmitate, Triethanolamine, Hydroxylated Lecithin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Camellia Oleifera (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Urea, Glycosaminoglycans, Ceteareth-20, Cyclopentasiloxane, Polysorbate 60, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Bisabolol, Zinc Sulfate, Parfum (Fragrance), Dimethicone, Allantoin, Disodium EDTA, Xanthan Gum, Pyridoxine HCl, Citric Acid, Pantethine, Magnesium Aspartate, Zinc Gluconate, Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil, BHT, Tocotrienols, Sorbic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Tocopherol, Copper Gluconate.

Overall, I found the consistency of the three samples is likeable that I don’t mind to use for long term. In fact, my skin texture looks refined and properly moisture during the trial. Perhaps I tested the samples in humid weather where my skin is less sensitive, so I wasn’t sure the actual reaction and it might not moisture enough in dry season. Currently Perricone skin care is not available in Thailand if I’m not mistaken, even if I want to purchase the product in future, I’ll ask for sample again and see how it goes then because their skin care is expensive!
