Beautyknot ~ My Skin Care Diary

Hydra Complete creme smells lovely sweet to me although the fragrance is quite strong and might be cloying after using a while. The gel-cream formula is for combination-normal skin to give refreshing sensation, while cream formula is for dry skin to give abundant hydration.

Estee Lauder said Hydra Complete offers skin the feeling of endless hydration while helping it adapt to the daily stresses of external dehydration. Mineral-rich bio-water with breakthrough Hydra-Insulation technology, hmm… sound fantastic.

The consistency is luscious and emollient, non-oily, easy absorb and feel comfortable. My skin was resilience to touch in the next morning and visibly firmness! I was very satisfied until it broke me out in hot weather! I used in cool weather in year end, it did not break me out again and moisture my skin really well. I also apply on my nose that flaky frequently, and the flakiness has gone on next morning. Just to take note, the dry skin formula leaves me a lot of blackheads for my combination skin, so regular pore cleansing is needed.

I’m willing to try the Hydra Complete gel-cream formula in future and I believe it will be ideal to use in hot weather then. My only grumble, it’s too pricey for a hydrating moisturizer.

The Hydra Complete multi-level moisture creme is RM175 for 50ml. Able to last for 3 months, apply every night.

Rating: … ))) good  Good. May buy again.
